Joan began her financial services career in 1982 at Prescott, Ball & Turben, where she quickly fell in love with the administrative aspects of the securities industry. Her intricate knowledge of the operational, administrative, and client servicing side of the wealth management business enables her to serve our clients’ needs in a highly efficient and personalized manner. Our team and our clients appreciate Joan’s attention to detail and the pride she takes in providing superior customer service.
Joan resides in Hinckley, Ohio with her husband, Rick, and has two daughters.

The Personal Me
Faith and family play dominant roles in Joan’s life. Growing up in a large family with six siblings, she learned early on to get along with everyone and share everything. She’s passionate about keeping up with her siblings and their families. “My favorite time of year is Thanksgiving when we can all be together. Having strong family connections makes it enjoyable and easy for me to develop strong relationships with clients.”
Little known fact: Joan and her husband grew up in the same neighborhood and attended the same high school (where she played clarinet in the marching band), but didn’t begin dating until eight years after they graduated from high school.
