The Personal Me
Chelsea has a broad range of interests. She’s a devoted Cleveland sports fan and enjoys ballet, theater and music (she played cello and bass guitar), as well as reading, learning new languages, travelling, and spending time with her husband and children. Following her high school graduation, she spent six months studying Danish and International Business at a school in Skaelskoer, Denmark, where she was the only native English speaker. She looks forward to opportunities to travel the world with her family and hopes to live part time in Denmark one day.
An experience that had a profound impact on her life was her father Casey Coleman’s very public journey to overcome alcoholism, and later, to battle pancreatic cancer. Watching him become the best version of himself, and then face a tremendous challenge with so much positivity, strength and grace, taught her that faith and gratitude form the foundation of a meaningful life.
Little known fact: While in Denmark, Chelsea learned how to blow glass and even went windsurfing on a fjord.
